How do I update my contact information?

Change your address, phone number, email, or payment accounts in the Investment Portal.

You can change your address, phone number, email, and payment accounts through the Investment Portal.

  1. Log in to the Investment Portal.
  2. Select your program.
  3. Open the drop-down menu in the top toolbar.
  4. Choose the option that matches the change you need:
    • Change Address: view your address on file and update your home address, phone number, or email address.
    • Payment Options: send distributions to your home address, or add direct deposit or wire transfer information.
    • Secondary Address: view where your distribution payments currently go, or add a "Cash Distribution" address other than your home address.

Custody investments: If your investment is held through a custodian, changes must be initiated by your advisor and custodian.
