How do I log in to the Investor Portal for the first time?
The U.S. Energy Investor Portal is managed by U.S. Transfer Agency, our official transfer agent.
After your investment is processed, you will receive an email from U.S. Transfer Agency at donotreply@ustransferagency.com with the subject line "Access Your U.S. Energy Investor Portal." This email contains your login credentials and an invitation to create your password.
To log in, visit https://portal.ustransferagency.com.
Once logged in, you can:
- View your investment(s)
- Download quarterly reports
- Access tax documents
- Update your contact details securely
